All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking, or the reservation will be automatically released. All cancellations must be received by 12:00 noon Istanbul time at least 7 days prior to the expected day of arrival, or a penalty equal to one night’s room rate plus tax and service penalty will be charged. The same penalty applies to no-shows. Guests who shorten their scheduled stay prior to or during their stay will be subject to a penalty equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.

Please note that smoking is prohibited in indoor areas of the Hotel under Turkish law. Smoking is also prohibited in guest rooms and suites in accordance with Hotel policies. If smoke is detected in a guest room, a cleaning fee of EUR 00 will be charged to the guest’s final invoice.

All guests staying in the rooms have to be registered at check-in under Turkish law.Only the guests registered at check-in are alllowed in the rooms.
